Where are you located?

We are located at 17 Madison Ave., in Larchmont, NY, adjacent to the Interstate-95 throughway entrance.  Please feel free to visit us and browse our selection or just to say hello.

 

How do you ship my order?

Please view our Shipping FAQ for all of your shipping questions.

 

Do I have to have my order shipped?

No you don't! We offer in store pick-up. Before you place your order please state in the YOUR COMMENT section located directly above the PLACE ORDER button, that you will pick-up your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. The shipping & handling charges will still show on your bill but you will not be charged.   

 

Do you hold wine tastings?

Yes, we hold wine tastings every Saturday at our retail location. If you would like to be kept up to date on all wine tastings, sales, promotions or Jayswine.com special events, please join our mailing list by sending an email to info@jayswine.com with your request to join our mailing list.

 

How do you handle out of stock items, vintage transitions, and limited availability?

Occasionally, due to a high demand and/or a short supply, items run out of stock. In this case we will ship your order as soon as the item or items are available. You will not be charged until we ship your order.

 

If the item is completely sold out or due to limited availability or allocation is no longer available, we will notify you through email. We will offer a substitution but we will never substitute any items of your order with out confirmation from you.  We will not charge your credit card until you have notified us of your decision and your order has shipped.

 

In the case of vintage transitions, once a vintage sells out, the vintage is no longer available. In this case we will notify you through email of this case and can substitute a newer or current vintage at your request.

 

What if an item I am looking for is not listed on your site?

We can always special order an item if it is not listed on our site. Just send and email to info@jayswine.com with your questions and we will do our best to locate the item.  All special orders are done in case quantities.
