Order Policy

Processing time:  All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.  If an order can not be fulfilled, you will be notified.  

Order Acceptance/Confirmation:  Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell.  Jayswine.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Proof of Identity  & Payment method Disclaimer
Jayswine.com (Jay's Wine & Liquors) reserves the right to verify proof of identity and payment on all orders received and may cancel any orders that are deemed suspicious or fradulent.  For all credit card payments, the billing address must match what your bank/provider has on record.  If the billing address does not match, your order will not be processed until further verification. False or Fradualent information or usage of identification will be reported to authorities and criminal charges may be considered.

Sales Tax Policy
Jay's Wine & Liquors (Jayswine.com) is required to collect New York state sales tax for all orders because we are located in the state of New York.

Out of stock items
Occasionally, due to a high demand and/or a short supply, items run out of stock. In this case we will ship your order as soon as the item or items are available. You will not be charged until we ship your order.
If the item is completely sold out or due to limited availability or allocation is no longer available, we will notify you through email. We will offer a substitution but we will never substitute any items of your order without confirmation from you.  We will not charge your credit card until you have notified us of your decision and your order has shipped.
