Legal Disclaimer/Shipping Policy

You must be 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits.  Placing any orders on our website you are respresenting that you are at least  21 years of age.  All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.  Orders can be picked up in store as well.
The buyer assumes ownership & title of the wines/spirits once purchased and is subject to local New York sales tax.  Any orders placed on, you "The Buyer" are giving authorization to to act on your behalf to arrange for the delivery of your order by a third party.  We "The Seller" make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines/spirits into any U.S. State or foreign entity.  Buyer takes sole responsibility and obligation to comply with their state/local/country laws of having wine and other alcoholic products shipped to them.   All liability & cost will be on the buyer for any shipment that is seized or lost for violating any shipping or local country laws.

If you are unavialable to sign for package: It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use your place of business or work address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Jayswinecom. The customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling and charged a 10% restocking fee, regardless if the customer decides to cancel the order.

All orders will be shipped once received and confirmed, unless notified otherwise.  

Shipping Cost

Domestic: Shipping cost will vary depending on delivery location, number of items, and weight of your order. Delivery will NOT be made to any restricted states. "see restricted list"
International: Shipping cost will vary depending on delivery location, number of items, and weight of your order. Int'l shipping fees applied.  International Buyers responsible for compliance to all local laws.
All shipping costs are added to the final purchase amount which is calculated when the order is placed.
Shipping Options:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Expedited shipping option available. Please call or e-mail us to inquire about Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day UPS delivery rate.


Although takes considerable care in handling our products, we do not take any returns or exchanges of wines and spirits, except in the case it is damaged during shipment and deemded defective.
Insurance: insures all products that are shipped.  A 1% insurance fee will be added to your final cost.   You have the option to decline the insurance by contacting us at via email or phone.  By declining the shipping insurance, you absolve of any and all liability.  Any products shipped to a restricted state whether by buyer (customer) error or sole discretion of the buyer, the buyer assumes all liability for any damages or loss of products. will not be held responsible.  
Damage claim: All defective and damaged orders must be returned and evaluated so we can file a claim with the appropriate carrier.  If you are unable to return the damaged product, will not provide a refund.  If you make a request for your carrier to leave the product without a signature, you assume all liability for your order/goods and cannot file a damaged claim. Breakage or damage not noted at time of delivery will not be refunded or replaced. Please check your order carefully!  All claims must be filed within 5 days of receiving your order.  The product should be sent back in its original packaging, and may make a final assessment regarding the damaged goods.
As an industry standard, wines that are 5 years old or older cannot be returned or exchanged due to spoilage or cork taint.  The buyer will purchase any wines 5 years old or older at their own risk.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancelling fee
